We had a fantastic experience working with George Foreman as our realtor in Richmond, Virginia. He was super friendly and showed us exactly what we wanted to see. George guided us through every step of the process, making things clear and easy to understand. Although the closing had a few hiccups due to the seller, George’s team stepped up and made sure everything came together smoothly. We are thrilled with our new home and have even had dinner with George afterward. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients. George did a frankly incredible amount of work to make sure that my wife and I felt like we were his only clients throughout our entire home sale and purchase of a new home. Even when things would go awry (as things sometimes do!), George always did his absolute best to make sure we were well taken care of and understood what was happening every step of the way. We’ve told him very firmly he’s not allowed to retire until we purchase and move into our forever home. Thank you again so much, George!

Going through the process of buying a house is arduous, to say the least! However, working with George caused this to be much more bearable: He made himself available to us (my daughter and I) even while on a trip to the West Coast, always responding to emails or phone calls in under 24 hours, never leaving us hanging, answering even the most ridiculous questions. In our case, a rather unique flood zone question arose, and George went so far as to contact a County engineer in order to get the answer for us. I would say that this action is definitely a case of going "over and beyond" with respect to customer service. I will recommend George Foreman to anyone searching for an excellent realtor.

My wife and I recently moved from North Carolina to Williamsburg, Virginia, and to help in our house search we contacted George Foreman of Joyner Fine Properties. Some years ago, I was George’s chemistry teacher and tennis coach at St. Christopher’s School in Richmond. He was an excellent student and an exceptional tennis player, going on to play tennis for William & Mary — #1 doubles and #2 singles his senior year. We knew that George was a Realtor in Richmond, but we did not realize that he also represents clients in Williamsburg. When we learned that, we knew we wanted him to represent us. We have always known George to be a person of outstanding character and integrity who always displays class and sportsmanship. Simply put, George is an accomplished, responsible, and caring person, and we knew he would carry these traits into his work as a Realtor. We were right. My wife and I anticipated spending several months and making multiple trips to Williamsburg before we either selected a lot and home builder or found the right home. As soon as we told George what we were looking for in a home, he began sending us information about lots and listings for houses that met our criteria. He even made several trips to Williamsburg to videotape homes that had caught our eye. In large part due to George’s hard work, what we thought would be a long, drawn out search took only one visit to Williamsburg. Our first afternoon in Williamsburg, George showed us what we immediately recognized to be our ideal home. The next day, he guided us through the offer process and, although ours was not the only offer the sellers received, ours is the one they accepted. Then came the numerous details that preceded the closing. This was only our second house purchase, so we brought mostly ignorance and questions to the process. Throughout, George responded promptly and ably to our every concern, showing commendable patience as he attended to every detail and made sure that we stayed informed and on track. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, diligent, and gifted Realtor to help you find your new home, my wife and I highly recommend George Forman.

Spike and I met George when we started our Virginia house hunt. George worked very hard to find us our dream house, and he did. I had many must haves for the house but with his hard work, many miles traveled and humor we were able to fine our dream house. We enjoyed our travel time together which made the experience much less stressful. Along the way George helped us learn more about this area of Virginia since we are transplants from Connecticut. George is a very good real estate agent and a pleasure to work with.
